Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product purchased from this website, the unused item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as the following outlined conditions are adhered to:
The item has been returned unworn in the condition received, with all tags attached.
Before returning the product(s) the purchaser must mail andrew@lethbridgeltd.com within 14 days of delivery and inform of the reason for the return and the requested action: refund or exchange. After 14 days of delivery heAL by Andrew Lethbridge are not obliged to accept the return.
The returned product(s) must then be received by heAL by Andrew Lethbridge within 14 days of the sending of above e-mail advising of the return. After 14 days of informing of the return heAL by Andrew Lethbridge is not obliged to accept the return.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the returned item is received by heAL by Andrew Lethbridge. heAL by Andrew Lethbridge take no responsibility for returns until they are received.
In case of a purchase being defective the above instructions must be followed and heAL by Andrew Lethbridge reserve the right to request photographic support before authorising return of the product.
heAL by Andrew Lethbridge will not accept any items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
